Position Overview
Augmentir is seeking a results-driven Implementation Manager to guide our prospects and customers—including world leaders in the manufacturing space—through the successful onboarding and deployment of our platform. In this role, you will own the implementation lifecycle from initial Pilots to full Production rollouts, ensuring clients achieve maximum value by aligning our solution with their manufacturing goals.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Delivery: Lead and manage successful implementation projects for both prospects and customers, ensuring a seamless transition onto the Augmentir platform.
- Customer Support & Consultation: Partner with industry-leading manufacturing clients to support their program goals, incorporating proven best practices and lessons learned to ensure long-term adoption.
- Tailored Experiences: Customize the customer onboarding and implementation experience to align perfectly with unique client needs and complex manufacturing workflows.
- Team Collaboration & Support: Proactively collaborate with internal teams, sharing insights and stepping in to assist colleagues on cross-functional initiatives outside the immediate scope of the role.
- Cross-Functional Adaptability: Execute additional duties, projects, and responsibilities as assigned by company leadership to support organizational growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- Industry Experience: Proven track record working directly in manufacturing environments or deploying manufacturing software (e.g., MES, ERP, Connected Worker solutions).
- Domain Knowledge: A strong, foundational understanding of manufacturing processes and operational workflows.
- Versatile Mindset: A proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to look beyond a rigid job description to help team members and solve emerging challenges.
- Project Leadership: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, spanning from short-term proof-of-concepts (Pilots) to enterprise-wide deployments.
Language Requirements
- English: C1 level or higher (Required)
- German: Professional working proficiency (Preferred)
- Other European Languages: Fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian is a strong plus.
Additional Information
- This is a fully remote position; nonetheless, the candidate must be located in Europe.
- Limited travel might be required for customers on-sites or trade show attendance.
- This role requires flexibility in working hours to accommodate collaboration with US-based teams, which may include occasional later starts and finishes.
- Local European contracts are managed via a payroll company.
